Current Limitation:
While the platform currently allows importing users directly into workflow levels, it does not support removing users or updating audience assignments in bulk. Additionally, previous requests focused on importing users into Audiences, but there is still no efficient way to manage audience assignments at the workflow level.

Proposed Solution:
Enable an import tool that allows bulk changes to audiences assigned to workflow levels, including:

• Adding new audiences to workflow levels.

• Removing or replacing existing audiences.

• Updating assignments quickly without manual edits for each workflow level.

Impact:
This enhancement would:

• Reduce administrative burden by eliminating repetitive manual updates.

• Improve scalability for organizations managing multiple workflows and large audience groups.

• Ensure accuracy and speed, minimizing errors during role changes or organizational restructuring.
