Currently, Audiences are designed to control users per workflow. However, when adding new users to the platform or updating users due to role turnover, administrators must manually create each user one by one. This process becomes highly inefficient and time-consuming when managing large groups—whether 10+ users or, as in this case, 250 users.
Proposed Solution:
Introduce the ability to bulk import/deactivate users to Audiences via a file upload rather than requiring manual entry. This enhancement would:
Streamline user management by reducing repetitive steps.
Accelerate onboarding and role updates, especially during large-scale changes.
Improve reviewer experience, ensuring they can quickly access applications without delays caused by manual setup.
Impact:
By enabling bulk import, we eliminate unnecessary administrative overhead, reduce errors, and enhance overall platform usability for organizations managing high-volume user changes.
