Add column for Payment ID to all award-related standard reports

Payment ID information should be visible next to all Award and Application data wherever possible, necessary for Processing troubleshooting.

    Thank you for your feedback. Since awards can have many payments, GC cannot put an payment id column on an award report. We recommend you use a payment report instead.
