For one of our charitable giving programs, our desired reviewer workflow is dependent on a number of factors inclusive of the total amount of the grant application on an individual application basis, and - relevant for this Idea - cumulative grant applications to the same NPO within a calendar year/YTD. Unfortunately, there is currently no configuration available whereby a condition may be added for "Total Requested per program - Year to Date" without designating the status of application (Approved, Archived, Awaiting Review, etc.). This is a gap as it does not allow for us to capture the total amounts per program across all applications under a program to a particular organization. We would ideally be able to track the cumulation of grant amounts that are approved, archived and in-progress to get a total count of the amounts YTD (we typically archive all approved applications so there is no nuance/flexibility in selecting one of these statuses).

Happy to share a use case example if helpful but we would appreciate assistance so that applications are not routed incorrectly.
