Add Organization form field(s) associated with NPOconnect

Please consider adding an organization type form field that allows you to search for an organization by referencing the NPOconnect database. Once the organization is then selected additional form fields can be used to pull in information like the organization's EIN, address, if they BBGF eligible, etc.

    this would really help us to send client-processed (non-BBGF eligible) orgs through a different workflow, rather than having to have a question that says "is this org eligible..? and then basing automation on that.
