We have a customer-directed giving program that allows our customers to nominate a non-profit recipient to receive funds. We are having to manually send bulk emails to nominators at the end of each month to let them know their nominee was awarded and paid. I believe this could be accomplished by allowing a token to be used in the CC: field so you could insert Nominator Email.
