Bulk upload attachment to multiple grant records via the take action in bulk button

Currently you can download applications, attachments and forms from take action in bulk. What if we have a document that needs to be uploaded and attached to multiple grant records? This currently isn't an option that I see.

    Thank you for your feedback. Could you please provide a specific use case for how you would like to use this with a real world example? What kind of attachment would you want to apply to multiple applications?
