Applicant should be able to delete 'Cancelled' application

Most of the time, the applicant is cancelling the application because they want to get rid of it. I don't know if this is for the client benefit, but I have had a few client contacts now ask why they cannot delete 'Cancelled' applications since the applicant didn't end up waiting the application reviewed.

    Thanks Meg,

No, the client was specifically asking about deleting a 'Cancelled' application. Because though the applicant can cancel an application, is does not actually disappear from the user or client's view. The status just shows as 'Cancelled'. They would rather be given the option to cancel/delete the application entirely and get it out of their view.

Thank you for your feedback. A grant manager can delete an application if the Status is "draft," "awaiting review" or "in progress." If it is in any other status, a grant manager, could 'archive' an application. Would that meet the need? Or is that you want the applicant to be able to delete their application? Applicants can cancel applications now, but only if it is in 'awaiting review' or 'in progress status.'

Cracker Barrel has also asked about the ability to delete unused forms so the ability to delete or archive to manage clutter is pretty important.
