Make Forms assigned to a workflow level invisible when they are not required to be filled out.

If an application is canceled, declined, or able to be approved at an earlier workflow level, all forms that are required at higher workflow levels still populate in the "Application Forms" tab when viewing/editing the application. If the forms are not required because of some earlier action taken, they still populate. It would make the "Application Forms" tab look cleaner and remove any possible confusion on forms to complete when going into the application if those forms that are not needed can be hidden.
