HCA has multiple GC users that are either backups or admins that require access to the GC workflows for their programs. They do not require to be notified of applications in those workflows.
However, they can not turn off emails like "Form due by" reminders in the GC Portal.
This is flooding email inboxes for users that do not require these emails as they are only part of the WFL's for back up or admin purposes.
It would be new form enters workflow level, workflow level reminders, etc. Really any Grant Manager emails that are currently set as required. They would like to have the ability to turn those off in communication preferences for users who are only backups. In addition to this they have recently asked about turning of some of these emails entirely for the program. GC-40, and GC-65 are other examples.
Could you please provide more information about exactly which emails are 'flooding' users? Is it only 'form due by' or are there others?
