Comments are particularly helpful because they appear directly in the Activity Table view, making it easy to quickly see and visually sort notes added to a grant, along with when they were entered. While adding a communication log is the next best alternative, it requires users to sort through multiple entries and open each communication record to view the details. In many cases, we simply need a quick way to capture a note or provide an update without having to navigate through several records.
