After submitting a request, there's no intuitive path for submitting another one. It would be great to add a prominent "Submit Another Request" button. While there are work arounds, they are not intuitive and require more steps than they should. This would significantly improve the experience for employees submitting multiple requests.

Related to this, once you do get to the screen for submitting a new organization, the new organization option on the form doesn’t stand out – I believe it is grey text on the lower left which is easy to miss. I'd suggest making this more prominent with:

• A colored button or highlighted box (e.g., "Submit New Organization Here")

• Increased contrast and font weight

• Repositioning to a more central location

Tese changes would make the platform more intuitive and easier to use for employees who submit multiple requests.
