It would be great if we could create ad hoc forms in GrantsConnect and be able to connect those to specific applications/workflows. For example, for a scholarship program, an applicant may have letters of recommendation but should not see/upload those themselves for integrity of the application. It also wouldn't make sense for a collaborator to go into the application and be able to access the full application just to upload one item. For a scholarship, it would be great if an ad hoc form could be sent through the application to a specific individual to answer a question/upload a form. This could also help if an finance team member needs to upload 1 item as opposed to the applicant tracking down the information and uploading it themselves. There may be another way to address this need but an ad hoc form was the initial thought!
