Adhoc report build, do not allow drag and drop of fields unless properly formatted for adhoc report/spreadsheet structure

If a form field cannot populate in a spreadsheet/adhoc report format, do not allow admins to pull field into adhoc reporting. This results in blank fields and trial and error configuration process.

Only allow fields that will populate with agreeable formatting.
