HCA has a very robust set up for their HCA Hope Fund Grant Request program. When trying to pull reports for the sub level's within the program to see all applications within a sub level, can't be fully pulled as once they moved to the next workflow level, they no longer are tagged under initial wfl tagged. In order to filter the report as needed, it would be helpful if there was an available header for initial workflow level.
Current WFL set up for Hope Fund:
WFL - Grant Leader Review:
Under this WFL there are approximately 200 sub-levels
Examples are Physician Services, Alaska Regional, Mountainview, etc.
Each sub-level has attributes, which are called process levels by HCA. Some having only a few, and some, like Physician Services, having near 2,000 attributes
The applications are routed to these sub-levels depending on the process level selected
Having the ability to tag the initial sub-level the application was assigned to here is the reporting header needed for this enhancement
2. WFL - Grant Specialist ReviewWFL
Once the Grant Leader for the Grant Leader Review sub-level has finished their approval form and submitted, it is moved to one of three Grant specialist Review WFL's:
These are Grant Specialist Review (LM), Grant Specialist Review (TJ), and Grant Specialist Review (MB)
The apps are routed to one of these 3 WFL's depending on the Process Level initially selected once the initial review is completed.
3. WFL Completed
Applications are submitted to this level either when the Grant Specialist Review has been submitted or if the application was canceled.
Once the applications reach this level they are no longer tagged under the initial Grant Leader Review sub-level.
