The Grants Applicant Portal and Grants Admin portal - Home page and Application page currently displays only the applicant name and the Non-Profit Organization name. When multiple applications exist for the same organization, users cannot easily distinguish which program each application relates to. As a result, users must open each application individually to identify the required one, which is inefficient and time‑consuming. Enable the display of at least one selected custom form field—such as project name—directly within each application tile or row on the home page. This would allow users to quickly recognize and differentiate applications without needing to open them individually.
