Add the eligibility status to the organization name when an applicant is selecting the organization on an application.
When an applicant searches for an organization in the system and it pops up it just has the name. There are duplicate profiles in the system currently, so the applicants are selecting an old profile where the org isn't actually eligible for giving, the other profile is. There is no eligibly status letting them no they are selecting a profile that is eligible for giving. Having the eligibility visible, similar to the Blackbuad verified network search, included in that organization search for the application would remove this problem.

A duplicate nonprofit profile issue occurred within Blackbaud during the grant application and approval process for Fundación Aguas. Multiple eligible profiles existed for the same organization in the system, with differences in registration details, IDs, and vetting sources.
Because vetting processor and eligibility details are not visible within BBVN or the application interface, the incorrect eligible profile was selected at the time of application.
As a result:
The grant was approved and processed against the wrong profile.
Funds were routed to a third-party vetting partner (GlobalGiving) instead of being paid directly through Blackbaud.
The funds were subject to expiration timelines with the vetting partner, creating timing and delivery risk.
Blackbaud confirmed that:
Duplicate detection and merging cannot be automated due to variability across nonprofit records (e.g., addresses, registration authorities, IDs).
Duplicate profiles must currently be handled manually on a case-by-case basis through internal review and merge requests.
