When an applicant searches for an organization in the system and it pops up it just has the name. There are duplicate profiles in the system currently, so the applicants are selecting an old profile where the org isn't actually eligible for giving, the other profile is. There is no eligibly status letting them no they are selecting a profile that is eligible for giving. Having the eligibility visible, similar to the Blackbuad verified network search, included in that organization search for the application would remove this problem.
