GrantsConnect automated communication if payments are 'on hold' for 60+ days

GrantsConnect often has more contact info than BBVN. Can the system rely on that contact info to ensure that NPOs are alerted of stale funds.

Second this - I'm guessing emails go to admins through BBVN if this happens? But not sure what the cadence is. And in our experience, the BBVN notifications often goes to folks who aren't at the operational level checking day in and day out whether payments they expect to receive are coming in (the program leader on the grant is more likely to want to know this). If those do go out via BBVN, it doesn't really help us at the grant level. If payment for specific grant is hold, can communication go to all applicants on the grant record (and maybe grant managers) so there is more visibility to the issue so org can resolve? Would be good at status change, then same as suggested above, 30, 60, 90 day intervals. BBVN is behind closed doors for corporations. Although we can access payment status via payment reporting, it requires us to constantly monitor, then troubleshoot, then help communicate to the partner what they may need to do to correct. Automated emails would cut out some of the administrative burden for grant teams AND time wasted for the org not getting their $ when it could be potentially be resolved quicker with the right people involved.
