Reporting is becoming more difficult as the product was developed with very different meanings of awards and payments. YC is considering payments as transactions, even if something is voided it's considered a payment, causing reporting to be off from actual payment amounts. And the voided amount is not negated from the payments it is cumulative. It took many emails to understand awards are payments, payments are transactions.
