Currently, form due and form past due emails must be set up for the same amount of days and the same email version per program. PwC would like the ability to have different amount of days and different emails per form. Use case: the bank form is due within 7 days while the impact form is 30. This is difficult to manage by being restricted to the same number of days and not being able to customize the corresponding emails.
