When new applicants create a log-in, many times they believe the Applicant Portal is where they can start a new application. It's common to have applicants reach out to grant managers because they are in the applicant portal and "can't find" the application to start. We must tell them to click the program application link again to get into the application. It would be helpful to have a directive e.g. "Below are your applications you have started/submitted. To begin a new application, you must use the specific program link."
