When organizations are not in the database, it is likely they will need additional review before a client can fund them. Adding 'Is Private Org' as a condition that can be applied to automation will ensure only these organizations are routed for further review, as sometimes 'is BBGF vetted' and 'is 501c3' do not cut it.
