When someone is registering themselves for grants or they are searching for their organization when adding an application, there is a lot of language around "please enter your EIN ...." but every country has a slightly different ID that they would use here. Rather than trying to list off many types of IDs that could be used, can we change that language to just say "please enter the registration id provided by your country of origin for identifying your charity" or something like this? You could always have a tooltip or something in parentheses that says something like "examples include EIN, Tax ID, Registration Number, etc."
