Currently from My Applications, it's not intuitive to the applicant that, if they want to create a second or third application for the same program, they have to either re-enter the program specific link or know to find the copy application link which is hidden under a drop down menu.

A few ideas come to mind:

• Can we add instructions by client to the top of the My Applications page that direct them back to the company's program links? I realize if they submit applications for more than one company that they may see more than one set of instructions but I think that's okay.

• Can we add a call to action after an application is submitted that asks them if they need to create another application before going to the My Applications page?

• Can we add an option where you see "copy application" to "create new application."?

• Can we make the copy application option more obvious instead of keeping it hidden under a drop down menu?
