Currently from My Applications, it's not intuitive to the applicant that, if they want to create a second or third application for the same program, they have to either re-enter the program specific link or know to find the copy application link which is hidden under a drop down menu.
A few ideas come to mind:
Can we add instructions by client to the top of the My Applications page that direct them back to the company's program links? I realize if they submit applications for more than one company that they may see more than one set of instructions but I think that's okay.
Can we add a call to action after an application is submitted that asks them if they need to create another application before going to the My Applications page?
Can we add an option where you see "copy application" to "create new application."?
Can we make the copy application option more obvious instead of keeping it hidden under a drop down menu?
