When looking at your screenshot, look above the download link to the three little little dots (elipses). Click on the elipses and you will see the option you are looking for. Please let us know if this does not resolve your issue.

Hi Meg, For some reason I do NOT download menu when I am in the application and click on the Download link. I only see this menu when I am on the Application page and click on the three dots. Is there anyway to make that menu available when in the application and on the ApplicationForms tab?

Yes, when you download an application as a pdf it will include the communications. However, it will not include them if you take that action in bulk. Please see the attached screenshots.

Thanks, Meg. Are you saying that when I download the application as a pdf that it includes the communications as well? As a specific example, a nonprofit just came to me asking for a copy of their award email/communication for their audit. Since the download option for the Communications isn't available (or I am missing something), then I just take a screenshot of what I see as a GC admin and add it to a Word document and send it them. It would be ideal to have a more professional downloadable pdf that shows the date of when the message as sent, the message and any attachments.

Thank you for your input. Are you asking for individual emails to be downloadable? And how do you plan to use these emails? Do you have an idea of the format you need. FYI: you can currently include this in the application download as a pdf.
