Challenge: Sometimes we need to add form fields to a form that will help with reporting, help with triggering follow up forms etc. that may also have logic etc. When the admin goes to review the application, they would like to see these fields, as they're referenced for them. Ask: Allow a setting that can allow customization on display logic such as display, and who and when it can be hidden or displayed. the workaround here requires a review form be used (or another form type) that will allow this to form field to be added and disabled in order to pull that info over.
