Challenge: For larger orgs with many hands working through various applications or even having board members etc. using GC for voting or decision making, there is not a way for a back and forth communication or discussion. Since a review form must be submitted, if there is a clarifying question to ask before making a decision, there is no way to capture this within the platform. Ask: Create a path to allow dialogue/communication to occur within the platform, between grant managers. This will allow them to get clear on instructions, directions, and capture all application specific content in one place. This will increase the value of adding users to the platform and allow clients to maintain ease of use and relationship management simply.
