Current Challenge: Clients that are excited about the robustness of GC routing applications etc. get frustrated around the limitation of user permissions and assignments in the platform. Ask: Be able to easily create new users and customize what they see, to their needs without allowing all users to have the same access. They would like to be able to see their own budget, and applications and would like to be able to take super admin actions on all their applications, but never want to impact their counterparts. they would like the Insights tab to reflect their region only, as well as easily create reports in their area alone. They would like the ability to add form fields based on their region only, without impacting their other regions. They would like the ability to manage their area, see their area only, but also have more control, like a super admin. This would also include the ability to update workflows, and translations. This solution would solve for over a dozen clients with admins in different regions, or even US states (and examples are available).
