As documentation is typically not named based on what is within the document, it would be nice to have the ability to add a note or reference field as to what is within the document. In this manner, we would not have to reopen each document and review it again when determining a grant decision.

Yes, renaming the file would be one helpful way to reduce this issue. I am referencing attachments that are submitted with the form/applicant.
