Ability to remove an attachment based on your role in the system.

We often have duplicated documentation, and it would be nice to have the ability as role based feature to remove an attachment that is duplicated or not necessary for the grant.

    This is not attachment type specific, but rather the contents of an attachment. We often have unrelated attachments included (photos for example) that do not impact the grant review. We would like the ability to remove any unnecessary attachments.
