It is helpful when grant managers are notified when applications enter their workflows, but the default for the 'Immediate Workflow Level for Applications' email is 'Off'. If super admins could update communication preferences for the users, they could ensure that all of the grant managers received the notifications they need. Another solution to this specific issue would be to make the 'Immediate Workflow Level for Applications' email default to 'On', instead of 'Off' as it currently functions.
