When an application is linked to a users HR Data, the action is not recorded on the activity tab. Attached is a screenshot of app id 1437640 in our UAT environment. I linked the application to a users HR Data and it was not logged in the activity tab.

Items to display in activity log for an application in GC PROD:

1. Display Email of original user who created application

2. Displayed activity for when HR Data is linked to an application(User that linked, date, time and an identification of what user data was linked such as email or employee ID
