The majority of organization names are listed in NPOConnect with all letters capitalized. As a result, organization names populate into merged document templates written in all capital letters. For creating letters, we would like the organization name written normally rather than all caps. We would like the ability to choose how form fields are formatted when they are used in merged doc templates.
