In GrantsConnnect we can only create a routing rule using a default form for a program. Having the ability to add an additional secondary form to create rules in addition to the default form would solve this. This would greatly increase the ability to further customize routing.
Example:
A program has a need to have their grant managers complete follow-up surveys once an application is approved to verify how applicants that have received an award are currently using their award.
New WFL's are created for each survey level that will be for 10, 30, and 60's days.
Once each form is completed the automated routing would be triggered by a response, or responses in the custom survey form field to move to the next level.
