Currently with how GC captures recommended funding, it is unable to capture the total to add in aggregate form fields within custom forms. The ask is to be able to have a form field that can calculate the "Total approved ytd", "Total Awarded ytd", "Total requested in progress", "Total requested in review", and the current "Total recommended funding amount in progress" for all applications of an organization with apps in GC. The use case for this is specifically for a review process with multiple levels of review. Each level will have a different amount they can approve. However, if the amount is over the dollar amount they can approve, but they recommend approval it will be automatically routed to the next level by utilizing this field.
Example
Review level 1:
Can approve organizations that have $0-4,999 from the aggregate total field.
If total aggregate amount is $5,000 or more, it will route to review level 2.
Review Level 2:
Can approve organizations that have $5,000-24,999 from the aggregate total field.
If total aggregate amount is $25,000 or more, it will route to review level 3.
And so on.
