We create an accompanying Word document that has all the same questions as the online form that we make available to applicants. This is because some prefer to work on their responses outside of the site, and/or route the document to other coworkers and then copy and paste answers into the online form when they are ready. In order to facilitate clearly which question is which question, being able to number them is very important. When our account manager first created our online application form, she had to manually add the numbers. Now if we want to make a change, we have to manually edit each question and it is a huge pain and takes a lot of time.
