Enable Forms Manager to Show All Forms Associated With An Application
Currently, the forms manager only reflects forms completed in the current workflow. This prevents grant managers from viewing a form if the application progresses into a new workflow. If the forms manager was updated so that it reflected any forms associated with an application, it would better suit the needs of the clients.

Just re-opened to take another look at this request.
I'd like to revisit this one again since we do limit the forms that display on the Forms Mgr. tab. The Forms Manager only displays forms that will be sent out/completed within the same WFL the application is currently in. I think this request would like this opened up to show all application's forms, regardless of WFL? We would have to discuss how this impacts performance in TRIAD.
